The Site provides information about an in-person AI training workshop and collects interest from potential attendees via a waitlist form. You agree to:

Waitlist and Registration

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or binding commitment. The waitlist is an expression of interest that helps us plan the workshop. We may use the information you provide to communicate about dates, pricing, and registration when available.

Workshop availability, dates, pricing, and curriculum are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel workshops at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Great Plains Automations, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
